The following terms and conditions will apply to the use of the e-shop under the trademark kotanidisfamily.com, which is located at the electronic address www.kotanidisfamily.com. Every user who enters and transacts or makes use of the services of the e-shop (hereinafter referred to for brevity as “visitor” and/or “user” or “customer” depending on whether they limit themselves to a visit only to the store or also proceed to ordering and purchasing products and services) is deemed to consent and unconditionally accept the conditions expressed herein, without any exception. If a user does not agree with these terms, they must responsibly refrain from visiting, using the website, as well as from any transaction or use of the services of the e-shop.

Transfer of Risk

In contracts under which the supplier dispatches the products to the consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the consumer when the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer for this purpose, who is different from the carrier, has acquired physical possession of the goods. The customer has the capability to place orders, in accordance with the distinctions mentioned above regarding the Customers of the e-shop.
With every registration, a profile for each user is created, which enables us to offer our services regarding the customer’s order in the best possible way.

Customer Obligations
